Earlier this month, we have restocked our t-shirts (and lowered the price) and while at it, two of these totes have been printed with Rubens Lp‘s illustration. They can hold several 12-inch records and as we don’t have plan to sell these, we want to give them away to a lucky winner who’ll complete the following steps.
First of all you have to share this post on Facebook, or click the Tweet button below. You can do both, it only doubles your chances. On Good Friday, two lucky winners will be drawn by an emotion-free algorithm.
As previously mentioned on Twitter, I’ve been printing some t-shirts to give away to friends and supporters of this website. The design was made by my good friend Rubens LP and screen-printed in two colours on white shirts.
So why am I telling you this? I decided to give the first samples I made. No fancy brands, just simple white shirts – for free! So if your size is L (large), just leave a comment with your name and email and by Wednesday next week I’ll pick the winners.
PS: more shirts should be available September/October for a nice price!
About nine years ago, a certain Kevin Moon had people going nuts over his then released debut album Dupont. Over the years, the Toronto based producer better known as Moonstarr put out some classic remixes for the likes of Rednose Distrikt, Jazzanova, Recloose or Ennio Morricone or. His music was released on 4hero’s Reinforced, Compost, Sonar Kollektiv and his own Public Transit label.
Moonstarr’s latest album Instrumentals Forever was released in 2008, another 7-inch dropped about a year ago. His latest 12-inch ILL Harmonics Vol. 1 came out only a couple of weeks ago, and starting today, we’ll give away a digital copy every day this week.
All you need to do is hit the tweet button below and leave the rest to fortune. Just make sure to follow us on Twitter, otherwise we cannot get in contact with you! If you don’t use Twitter, you can leave a comment and tell your favourite Moonstarr anecdote.
Remember the debut release by The Reboot Joy Confession I was sporting a couple of weeks ago? A friend of mine spread the rumour that he was coming to São Paulo, so I was hoping to get in contact with the mysterious producer. Unfortunately, the meeting never took place, as I was in the UK at the time.
However, I have managed to get two copies of the mentioned EP, which was released on Soulphiction’s Philpot imprint – and they might be yours!
All you need to do is sign-up for the newsletter and trust your luck. Twitter users can also click here to retweet this, but you have to make sure you follow me – otherwise I won’t be able to notify the winner.
Speaking of which, the winners will be drawn on December 1st and notified the same day. Until then you can listen to the entire release on SoundCloud!
