I have two mixtapes from New York outfit Sepalcure, that’s Machine Drum together with Percussion Lab‘s Praveen, to share with you. First up is their radio show presented by URB Magazine, the second is an older mix from the Little White Earbuds podcast.
Next up is a mix by Jacques Greene, whose new video we have featured earlier this week. The mix is once again available from URB Mag.
Not a mix, but a free track from the new Fabric 55 mix CD, put together by the one called Shackleton.
Bern’s Sassy J is one of Dimlite‘s closest peers and she has put together a truly great mixtape!
I have mentioned this video of IG Culture aka Son of Scientist interviewing his spiritual father Scientist on Twitter. Apparently, the two also recorded a radio show together.
Benji B showcased three new Photek tunes on his show this week, a fellow blogger recorded that segment and put it on his website.
Lastly, I got a mix by Caribou recorded from FM Brussels in late November.
Episode 133 of the Electronic Explorations podcast features a special guestmix by Skulldisco co-founder Shackleton. It is mentioned this mix was handed over to EE by Fabric, so it’s probably one of their regular promo mixes that make rounds with new Fabric CD.01. 02. Shackleton – Man On A String Part 1 and 2
03. Shackleton – Angel On A String

That said, the all new Fabric 55 will be released next month and contains 80 minutes of Shackleton’s own productions. Until then, you have to stick with his mix for Electronic Explorations which you can download for free.
With Hudson Mohawke’s new album Butter coming out next month, LuckyMe are giving away two bootleg tracks from Hud Mo. These two have previously been available on a very rare 12-inch pressing, a reissue is supposed to hit the stores soon.

You most likely have heard of DJ Lefto, be it for his association with Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood label, his radioshow or the videos he’s constantly adding to his YouTube channel. Another blogger you should know is, of course, Amsterdam’s Nalden. Let’s have a look at their video, the two having a chat about sneakers and DJing.
The second Beat Dimensions will drop in October, in the meantime you can read some interviews with the featured artists. Another good read is XLR8R’s latest cover story Mutant Funk, an article on the dubstep, UK funky and all the garage in between. If you enjoyed that one, you should continue with FACT Magazine’s version on the story.
One last download for you, here is Shackleton’s take on krautrock legends Harmonia, the original version being backed up by Brian Eno.
